Works well. Stethoscope is basic. Hurts my ears to wear but most stethoscopes do the same. I can hear well enough with them. Putting on the arm strap by myself is difficult. Better to get one with a bar which helps you tighten it. If you will be using it on someone else then this should not be an issue. I am satisfied for the price. I wanted to calibrate my automatic cuff.

This will not be the best quality cuff you've ever used, but it will be one that's easy to travel with, appropriately sized, and easy to use. It is manual, as advertized, so expect to have to read the gauge. If you're just looking for something to use to monitor your pressure, I can recommend this. Thus far, it's been accurate and functions as it should. But, if you're a medical professional, this may not be the product for you.

I must've recieved a different item than all these 5 star reviews. The stethoscope is fine..ish and expected for the price BUT THE CUFF IS TOTAL JUNK. The design makes it impossible to work properly and it's made of the cheapest possible materials and the velcro doesn't stick, at all, making it worthless
