Perixx PERIBOARD-213W Wired Quiet USB Scissor Keyboard - 14.45x4.76x0.70 Inches - Compact Design with Number Pad - White - US English (PERIBOARD-213US)

Its a keyboard that works! Its on the "clickey-er" side of sounds but it is quieter than most. The pads at the bottom were slightly uneven but I just put tape underneath and it works fine! Value for money is great, it feels decently durable, and the keyboard works great for gaming! It feels cheap but it was cheap so who cares.

This is a great compact wired keyboard at a great price. The keys are nice type on, the fit and finish is solid and the way the fn shortcuts are layered on top of the keys is great — you get extra functionality like media keys without the added real estate, and the fn button is located right next to Windows key, Ctrl and Alt for quick reach. I needed this keyboard for a small desk tray and it fits perfectly. I didn't have many options that fit all three criteria of compact with a numpad and wired, but found this board and am very pleased with it.

I needed a smaller keyboard that had the numbers on the side. This is perfect. It fits under the monitor stand. It does feel like I'm using the keyboard on my laptop, but I only use it only once or twice a week when I work from home.

Oh I love this keyboard!! First, it is not quiet (not loud either) but I don’t care about that as I bought this keyboard for work and because of my nails. I do my own nails and I wear long stilettos. My job requires me to type a lot and I was able to type wonderfully! Passed all my tests! This keyboard almost looks like my Bluetooth keyboard that I use for my iPads so I knew this would work out for me. If you also wear or have long nails, this is it Michael Jackson! It's the compact keyboard. I never knew I always wanted. I've been using mechanical keyboard since 2010 and I'm just kinda over them, so when I saw the reviews that the feedback was a little bit noisy I was hoping it meant that there was a little bit of feedback and indeed there is! Well done Perixx! Might purchase a backup.

The keys could be a tiny bit quieter, but other than that, this thing is the BOMB!!!!! -- Numlock light for numlock function -- Capslock light capslock function -- Has the awesome & sensible (and now becoming more commonplace) "Fn+Esc" that swaps which function the function keys are doing, regular F1, F2 etc or special-purpose, AND HAS AN INDICATOR LIGHT TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT MODE YOU ARE IN!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a battery-powered, dongle-equipped (not bluetooth) Version of this exact keyboard, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... but the wired version is fine for my purposes. Excellent keyboard feel, all around!! WELL DONE, PERIXX, as a person who is a bit of a "keyboard nut", this thing is AWESOME!!!

I needed a wired keyboard that fit better on my small desk space with a number pad and that would be quieter to use when I was in online meetings. According to the description, this keyboard should be perfect. Unfortunately, it is no quieter than my previous noisy keyboard. It is the perfect size and works great as soon as it is plugged in, and the number pad serves my needs. I am going to keep it, but silent is not the right word to use to describe it.

I'd seen some YouTube videos where you could plug in a USB-C keyboard into a Kindle Scribe or a Remarkable 2. I bought the keyboard specifically for that purpose. Sad to say that it did not work for either. It worked as you would expect plugged into a PC - so I can't fault the keyboard. The feel and the response for touch typists is excellent and the keyboard is well suited for situations where USB-C is required and the devices supports a keyboard attachment.
