So after reading a few reviews I was apprehensive about getting this. Some people said they had issues with the fiber cables separating from the brackets of either end especially when they made tight turns with it. As you can see in my video I made a fairly tight turn with mine. The video was taken after 2 weeks in my case. I came up with a little hack for mine. Used some E6000 clear adhesive on both ends where the fiber cables meets the end brackets. I applied the glue carefully with a toothpick making sure to cover as much of the area where the fiber cables enter the end bracket. I allowed it to cure for 24 hours before test bending and instalation. It may or may have not have prevented the issue I mentioned above, but with a tensile strength of that glue being 3,500 psi, it definitely didn't hurt. Also for anyone wondering about E6000 it's super clear and keeps a lot of flex after fully curing. One last little tip, use masking tape around the sides of black plastic end bracket so you don't accidentally get some spill on the sides. That stuff only cleans up with solvents and solvents do bad things to most plastics.

My case seems to be too bright for this. Its a Corsair 5000X, and the side mounted AIO fans seem to wash out the fiberoptic effect. Its there, just not very bright. The site and box pictures make it seem vibrant, but its not. With the Tempered Glass side of the case, its hardly noticeable. Turns out, the fibers just sit close to the LED, not secured to them. This may add to the lack of intensity.Speaking of not secured, fibers are not well secured to either end of the product, and come loose with little bending of the cable.Add to that, a cable coming loose after closing up the case, and I am left wanting.

Easy to install and adds a nice little flair to my setup.

I would say that if you want to “pop” your computer, this will do the trick. I have a Cooler Master H500P with a MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WiFi Motherboard and it took me some time to plan out just how I could mount this and see the band it int’s entirety.Overall, I like it and would recommend it.Important to pay attention to the 5V 3 pin connection. There are two wires that light each side of the RGB Extension, but daisy changing them together into and existing RGB device is no problem.
