It’s super easy to use, you can adjust the brightness, and I hung it up with no trouble. It added a unique touch to my space and makes an awesome gift!

The media could not be loaded. It exceeded my expectation. I’ve been hesitant to order but once I finally decided to get it, I wish I would’ve gotten it sooner. My son absolutely loved it as it’s his nickname and he gets excited each time he gets to turn it on. It was easy to customize with the various options and the quality is great. My only issue is there is a little imperfection but nonetheless it looks great and the size was perfectly described.

I purchased this sign to put above my maker space, as something that will be visible when I'm creating content for my Youtube Channel. It's a nice product and is very bright! I think a brightness of 10% (which I can set by the remote) is fine for my needs. The sign is 3ft wide/1ft tall and I was able to buy it on sale for less than $200, which I think is a good value especially for something this large.I give it a rating of 5 stars because the sign is just as I was hoping/expecting. It would be nice if there was an option for a light weight adjustable stand that you could purchase, so you don't have to mount it or hang it on something. I will probably design my own stand for this but for now I was able to use a laser cut stand that I made for a solid wood sign.How did the process work? I placed my order with the required information, and the seller confirmed the details the next day and sent me an image of what my sign would look like. I approved it immediately. After a few more days the order had shipped. So it took 3 days total from the time I ordered to when the item shipped. It took a total of 14 days from the day I ordered for it to be delivered. There was a bit of a shipping delay (it was supposed to be delivered around day 11). The seller was proactive and informed me that it would be delayed due to weather. Even with the small delay, I'm still impressed by how quick it went overall. But keep in mind if you need this by a certain deadline, give yourself 3 weeks to be safe.

I've searched for a long time, for "Marantz Dealer Promotional" items. Vintage 70's like that are rare because Marantz was always particular about what goes up in a shop. To my knowledge, they never did Neon.The sign is of course is not period specific. I purchased it taking a chance.Short story - the vendor now has the font that is closest to original and works well given the production method. My cost was around $125.00. Total time from order to doorstep was about 3 weeks (your receipt may be less now that the template is complete).I am thrilled with it. 3 brightness levels, can be hung by chain or affixed with anchors and screws - the screw cap covers are even brushed (a nice touch). Quality seems top shelf.The glass tubing is mounted on a clear acrylic and can be contour or rectangle (or I suppose whatever shape you want). Photographing the sign is difficult because the acrylic reflects the neon glow - digital sensors don't do as well as the human eye. There may be room to get closer to the "Marantz Blue" - but I wasn't going there. It's my office.Truly custom work indeed. Nice Job. Very Nice Job.

stopped working.. not even a year old... ive checked everything... not happy.. not saying this company is bad... maybe just my sign.. would be nice if they sent me a new one that worked..

This was a great gift for our granddaughter. It was easy to hang up and the dimmer switch gives great options for brightness. It is well made and seems to be very durable too. If you are looking for a cool "neon" sign, this is the way to go. Worth the cost.

The product was not as big as I expected it to be which is completely my fault since they do list the sizes but however there were slight problems ordering it. First time I ordered my sign, it got cancelled because I didn’t select the correct purchasing options. Again, that is on my part but the options seem to be more complicated than it needs to be specifically with purchasing your sign for the amount of characters you choose when they should have a more efficient method or automatically charge you properly without having the customer manually do that themselves. I did get a refund so no harm no fowl. I then tried purchasing it a second time- this time filling out all the correct specific applicable options and got my package today! The shipping speed Is a bit of a wait but I also got my sign a week before it said it would arrive which was a nice surprise. The product it’s self is perfect and has three brightness options which was also a nice surprise to find out. Ultimately I say this is DEFINITELY worth the purchase especially knowing neon signs like these from other manufacturers would be double- if not- triple the price!
