GAT SPORT Nitraflex Advanced Pre-Workout Powder, Increases Blood Flow, Boosts Strength and Energy, Improves Exercise Performance, Creatine-Free (Green Apple, 30 Servings)

This is one of the best pre workouts I've used in a long time. I'm a "stimulant junkie" and get a great feeling with Nitraflex. No tingles, great focus, good energy, no made up ingredient names for marketing, great pumps and no crash. To see if it was me or the product, I purchased a different pre workout to find out. Sure enough the other product I bought gave me uncomfortable tingles and left me lagging through out the remainder of the day (I used it for a week for my own study). I'm an early morning gym guy, so feeling sluggish wasn't good for me. So I turned around and immediately purchased my third container of Nitraflex. Even if you're an evening gym goer this product is still a good choice. It's a clean transition from your "high" to being on your natural energy. So it won't keep you up all night. I also tried it in the evening just to see if it would keep me awake. Over all; the taste is great (I've used fruit punch and black cherry both were good), the results for the use of a pre workout are legit, no crash, clean energy (no tingles or jitters), and the price compared to other pre workouts can't be beat. I'm making my comparisons based off uses of C4 Ripped, Beyond Raw LIT, BPI Best Pre, and Nitro Surge to name a few of the previous products I've used. As always, test your tolerance first, know the ingredients, and be sure to cycle off at least a week between the end and start of a container.

I’ve used this product for years .. and it will give you consistent energy without any crash. Good pumps but most importantly the energy and focus it gives you. I did notice that prior years to now product has changed in color (watermelon) is white and is not as potent. But overall good product.

There are many other reviews on here that will do the product more justice than I can. All I can say is I love the taste of Nitraflex GAT and I love how it makes me feel. I did want to share something I recently did that's a "cool" quality of life improvement for all my supplements. I got long handled measuring spoons. I was tired of the little plastic scoops that come with supplements, especially for my protein. Reaching down in the bottle and scraping my hand got annoying. When I bought a large bottle of Vital Protein and it didn't come with a scoop at all, I thought, this is the last straw. So I looked at the sizes that I needed, and found a set of long handled measuring spoons that were very close to the same volume as the scoops that come with my supplements. Having to actually locate the spoon everytime I needed to scoop. And then I remembered I had these bands (https://amzn.to/3UqCPl1). When I put them on the bottle, it was an absolute eureka moment. The little plastic black cleats that come on the bands are PERFECT for sliding the measuring spoon right down beside, making reinsertion effortless. Now I keep my spoon with each supplement. Good supplement

The ingredients within this pre-workout are good, and it's clear the quality is there. Of the flavors I have tried I've got to give the best flavor to Fruit Punch hands down, it mixes clean and the taste isn't ridiculously overpowering like say, the blue raspberry. When I take the pre-workout I definitely feel a huge boost during my workout, and I experience a slight "tingling" sensation in my fingers, ears, etc. There are two issues I've had with the product, however. 1. The first is that the first time I purchased the powder, it was extremely caked and clumped. I had to bust it up myself and it was as if moisture had infiltrated the package, even though it was clearly wrapped and sealed. I only had this issue one time, the rest of the time the powder was good and clean. 2. The second is the "proprietary blend". I'm not a fan of hidden blends, I like to know just how much of each item is in the mix. For instance, this could have a huge amount of fillers or the inappropriate amounts of the elements you need for a good blend, but you'll never know how much since it's hidden behind the "proprietary" label. Realize you are also getting 325mg of caffeine per serving. I have a massive caffeine tolerance, but it's possible someone else might have a different experience. The entirety of the mix is also 10g. I'm not sure that's enough to get what you'd really want in a strong pre-workout mix, especially if you are shooting for say, 5-8g of Citrulline Malate. You could double up the mix, but it says it's not a good idea, and you'd be dealing with 650mg of caffeine from your pre-workout alone, which is an insane amount. All in all, it's a good pre-workout, but not the best. I will be looking for a pre-workout that gives me exact measures of the various items within its blend so I know what I'm getting.

All of the flavors are very tasty and It'll give you quite the boost of energy but use caution, I'm now addicted to this stuff.

This powder lasts me about a month of workouts (7days a week) and Amazon says I've purchased it 35 times. I think that pretty much says how I feel about it. It is definitely one of the stronger mainstream pre-workouts I've tried and I've been using it consistently for years now. Black cherry is my go-to flavor. I've tried orange too, which I dint like that much, but I've never liked any product, supplement or food, that is artificially orange-flavored, so I wont hold that against them. I originally chose this pre-workout because it has a high caffeine content and it even throws in a few little things that gymrats like me like (i.e. very mild test booster). My main profession has been managing and running health clubs, including selling workout supplements so I am around a lot of different pre-workouts very regularly. This is the only pre-workout I recommend to people since they stopped selling Savage Roar on amazon, which I was using before Nitraflex. As long as you dont need a pre-workout with a ridiculous 600mg-like caffeine content, this is definitely the stuff.
