If you have a multi-tool, you need this.
Honestly... I love it. I've been using mine for almost a year now and the quality is outstanding. The metal belt clip holds it firmly in place and the magnet holds it closed pretty well. It's got elastic on the sides to accommodate various different size multi-tools, thick woven fabric for long term durability, great value for the money, fits great.

Excellent multitool holster
This is one of the best multitool holsters on Amazon. It's big enough for all my Leathermans, plus an inside pocket for flat bit packs, and side pockets for the ratchet driver. The magnet is strong and retains the flap. The quality is very good and durable. 5 stars

Nice holster
I use this for Leatherman wave plus and fits perfect. I like the magnetic latch vs the Leatherman holster snap. I use the 2 side pockets for short markers. The metal belt hook doesn't work well. It fell off 3 or 4 times while working so I cut it off with a cut off disc and use the belt loop. It would be really nice to do away with the metal belt clip. Has held up well for construction use. I would buy again.

Recommend
Strong, light weight, and still going. I was worried about the sheath because of the reviews of it tearing or too bulky, but no complaints here. I carry it every day even on my days off and it's still in good shape. I owned multiple sheaths and this one is definitely my favorite. The magnetic cover coverakes it easy to access the Leatherman. The extra pockets are perfect too for all my extra extensions and assorted bits.

Perfect Match for a Leatherman Surge
With Leatherman no longer providing sheaths, I bought this for my Surge. It's great. It fits my Surge, a bit extender, and set a regular 1/4 bits. The magnetic closure holds everything securely. The belt clip is also easy to attach and remove from my belt with no need to partially remove my belt. .

Compact
If your looking for something to get your Leatherman and etc. all in one that is not a fanny pack or tool box this fits Leatherman bits perfectly even the ex-saw/ file and with and magnetic closure for quick access if you have all that it the case. And you can add other items like flash light, pen, extension or rachet making overall design and functionality solid. Just keep in mind it is a belt clip and it does hold fairly well depending on how much you have in the case. Removal of the Leatherman or any tool takes time to break in, at first it is tight. Had this holster for over a year now it's solid.

An OK sheath, but longevity questionable...
I wanted to really like this sheath. It seems well-made, appears offer enough room to contain my Leatherman (Surge) bit kit, bit extender, saw/file sleeve, and my Maglite Solitaire LED. That said, my original Leatherman sheath (with the snap closure) did that as well. In fact, I even sized-down (to the medium) on the Leatherman sheath and it provides a much more secure closure for the Surge, since Leatherman refuses to move the snap button down just a bit to allow for a tighter closure. Anyway, back to this sheath - as others have mentioned, the two magnets are weak. They close well enough, but I doubt it is very secure out in the field. But what made me send this sheath back was I noticed the bottom of it is only one layer of nylon. The standard Leatherman sheath is a double layer. And, let's face it, when you're putting your multi-tool in/out of your sheath, it's hitting that bottom each time, it's resting on the bottom, and the bottom is a big stress point. If any area is going to fail (besides the back stitching by the belt loop), it's going to be the bottom portion. Additionally, the nylon also feels to be of a lower-grade than the stock Leatherman. It's a bit thinner, so, now, not only are you only getting one layer of nylon instead of two, you're getting a thinner layer of nylon. In feeling the overall build of sheath, this clearly feels like it's weakest spot (and looks it too). I've included pictures. This sheath is on the left (i.e., the one without the bit extender visible). You can see the one layer vs the Leatherman's two. Because of this uncertainty in longevity, and because of the Leatherman's clearly more durable construction (at least in this area), I didn't want to chance it on this one and back it went. But since I noticed the difference in layering/build quality, I wanted to make a review pointing that out for others. Take it for what it's worth. For me, however, it's a pass.
