I am sure you can. I'm not sure what you mean by medical glasses. If you mean prescription glasses from an optometrist or ophthalmologist, you certainly can. The only question would be whether the night vision glasses would fit over your prescription glasses. That would depend on how large your prescription frame is. If the frame is large, you probably could not wear both at the same time. If the frame of your glasses is relatively small, the night vision glasses probably will fit over them. By the way, the night vision glasses work very well. There still is some glare, but not a lot.

Clear lens defeats the purpose of night driving glasses. I don't think you need UV protection at night. Night driving glasses are designed to cut down on glare of on coming traffic--especially with the super white headlights that blind people and should be illegal because they cause wrecks--while enabling you to see the road and surrounding road conditions. If you want daytime driving glasses, see an optician for prescription glasses.
