We use this tape not just for crafts but also for making toys. My son likes to make his own toys and this tape is one of his favorite materials to use. Love this product - originally purchased for some vintage/antique lithograph art (pictures) to fix the back with some acid free backing and used this tape to secure that to the frame. Then - I moved - and noticed another vintage art painting I had (inherited) needed a little securing of the 'older' tape around the back to hold the canvas in the frame. WORKED great for both projects - never know when this stuff is needed!

this is the second roll that i ordered. i have used this tape for everything from holding led strips to holding just picture. easy to use and separate. definitely recommend.

You can tear or cut these to size, can get them in just about any width, though we prefer the narrower ones. We use these for making greeting cards, my mother-in-law and myself. We used to use carpet tape, but it gets our scissors all gummy, even when we use the "non-stick" Fiscars scissors. Plus you only have the one size. This stuff is wonderful, doesn't gum up our scissors, and if we want we can tear it, though, that's not really our style, plus it's not as precise as cutting it. We can get it in super small widths too, so it's great for attaching ribbon to a card and little do-dads. It also lasts and lasts, doesn't buckle over time or come unstuck, once it's down it's not coming off, and since we make things in advance, it could be months until it's used, it's important to us to make sure that it will look as good then as it does now.
