Impressive box with nice laminated posters I really like the range of posters that you get from stretching to a poster of the muscle groups that use in the band poster as you don’t need much equipment and you can do these Exercises anywhere brilliant.Read happy that you get a guide to help you unfold and keep the posts as flat as possible as they are so tightly wound the elastic bands have dented the posters.I think it’s gonna take me awhile for these exercises to be grounded in to my memory but they are a great check and reference point.However at £40 rather expensive posters as you need a massive wall to put these posters on.

Good Quality Gym Posters to Improve Your Workouts
OK, these posters are definitely more suited to a professional gym environment, because at 17" x 27" each poster, they are quite large. That being said, in a home environment you aren't likely to want them all on your wall, and they may be better flattened and then stowed under a chair or bed so that you can pull out the one you want to look at, when you need it ... unless you have a lot of wall space that is.The only comment I would make about the rolling is that they were rolled very tightly with the ones I received, and the elastic bands that held them in a roll did slight leave indents on the paper, although I don't think these should be too visible once unrolled and flattened.These are good quality posters, the printing is nice and the quality of the poster is good too, they are quite thick, and being laminated, they hopefully won't tear.There are twelve posters in total, one for each of the following:1 x Barbell Exercises Poster1 x Bodyweight Exercises Poster1 x Dumbbell Exercises Poster1 x Stability Ball Exercises Poster1 x Kettlebell Exercises Poster1 x Medicine Ball Exercises Poster1 x Tension Band Exercises Poster1 x Stretching Moves Poster1 x Suspension Training Exercises Poster1 x Yoga Moves Poster1 x Foam Roller Exercises Poster1 x Muscle Group PosterI found that most the exercises were easy enough to get a general idea of, but unless you have done them before, you may need to investigate them further on the net, then use the poster as a reminder.The exercises are a guide for you, you may need to look into it further if you want to create a well balanced workout regime.I think that £39.95 isn't a bad price for 12 posters of this size as they still only work out to about £3.30 each.

Really great quality with a good range of different exercises
This 12-pack of laminated workout posters comes really well packaged. They are rolled up tight together, in a bubblewrap bag and come in a stiff cardboard box. On taking them out, there is an instructions flyer showing how to get the posters flat. It did take a few goes but eventually got there. The posters are made with good quality printed paper that has been given a lamented type finish. The diagrams are clear, and there is a nice gender balance. I have a home gym (if truth be told, it is a spare room with a few bits of gym equipment) and the posters help me when I get stuck in a boring repetitive routine by giving me a few reminders of how to mix it up. There are some posters (e.g. dumbbells) that have suggestions for exercises to do using a workbench, and somewhere you just use floorspace. I won't use all of these such as the kettlebell or suspension posters, simply as I don't have the equipment, but all the rest are awesome and I will definitely be inspired by them to keep fit. I can therefore highly recommend them to you.

The “12 Pack of Laminated Workout Posters” from “Grand Basics” is a set of twelve thick glossy posters which provide easy-to-follow diagrams of how to undertake key exercises.The posters are a good size, measuring 27” (H) x 17” (W), so you can easily see what each diagram is showing you to do at a glance.I’ve been converting the summerhouse at the bottom of my garden into a small gym. Nothing spectacular, but somewhere where I can workout whenever I want. As an absolute amateur at this exercise and working out lark, these posters have been an absolute godsend to me.I’ve stapled the ones I’ll be using to one wall and now I can apply better techniques to my exercises and focus on core areas I know I need to improve upon.The quality of the illustrations is excellent. They really are very easy to follow. The thick laminated paper they’re printed on is also excellent – being very strong, durable and no don’t able to withstand moisture in the air without becoming warped or showing signs of staining.All in all I’m really happy with the posters. Highly recommended.

Good basic pointers for a good range of exercise types
You get a good range of exercise types covered in the dozen posters and some basic muscle information. It shows a few different muscle groups for each type, I was interested in the body weight, dumbbell and ring exercises for the first go. It was a good pointer to get a workout routine for the day with the visual cues for the individual exercises.They are hard to keep flat on the wall, the edges curl up and need sticking down to the wall.The quality of the sheets is good, they are sturdy and will survive a bit of wear and tear. They aren’t cheap and I’ve not not used half of them but its a good thing to have on the wall to give a reminder of some different sets so you don’t get stuck on the same things each day.
