I purchased this kasney Lumbar Support Pillow in light blue to take to my meditation class. My back, especially my lower back, aches when I sit too long, and this pillow makes sitting on a hard chair for an hour much more bearable. The ergonomic memory foam provides excellent support exactly where I need it. It's firm enough to support my lower back effectively but comfortable enough for extended sitting. The difference it makes during hour-long meditation sessions is significant. The pillow is attractive and well-made - the light blue color is nice, and the construction quality seems solid. It's also portable enough to carry to class easily, which was important for me. I give it 5 stars. For anyone who struggles with lower back discomfort during extended sitting - whether for meditation, office work, or driving - this lumbar pillow is an excellent investment. It's made my meditation practice much more comfortable.

After somewhat backbreaking lurches up the hill with a heavy laundry bag, this support pillow is nearly the cat's meow. And it's portable. No need for a support system as big as Rhode Island on a particularly expansive day. Nope. This one is light, fits well, and provides lumbar support. I move it around the room--from workspace to sofa to easy chair. And its durable. Not filled with fluff like other high-dollar support systems are.

As a sleeping pillow, this was a little thick, the memory form does cover it to certain extent. However, this works better in the sitting posture. It does support my spine when I am sitting on my bed (as I have foldable bed) and also sitting on a couch. This definitely helps me focus and relieves my back pain.

I bought 3 of these pillows and have used them everywhere. My work chair, in various cars and trucks for both short trips and long distance traveling, other people's random chairs, and on the couch. I always feel super supported and there's no shape loss so far after constant use the last 2 months. Material on the outside is smooth to the touch, but can be a tiiiiiiiiny bit scratchy (NOT like canvas at all) if you're sensitive and laying against this with your bare skin for long periods, but if it's up against your clothes or in a pillow case, it doesn't bother at all. I only noticed cause I was using this as a head pillow at times and the texture would bother my bare skin where I was putting the most pressure, and only after an hour. The blue color is a really nice shade of blue too. Would definitely buy these again if I needed replacements!

I would not buy this product again. It doesn’t stay in place and actually it is a little too big.

The Kasney Lumbar Support Pillow Ergonomic Memory Foam, Relieve Back Pain Pillow is a portable and comfortable solution for my back pain and all around comfort. What I like most about this pillow is the memory foam that allows me to reposition the pillow and not worry about soft spots or lumpiness. I can easily move it from living room furniture to my office chair and to my truck for short trips or long road trips. I've tried everything and have finally found my solution and am so happy I bought this. My only problem is what to do with all the 'other' things I tried first. Oh well, I have this now! My reason for rating the pain relief at 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the extreme pain I have been in, but I do believe that with more time, that will continue to get better.

Having had a bad back for over half my life, multiple surgeries etc, I have purchased so many different pillows for use at home, in the office and in my car. Most haven't worked very well. I decided to try this one with my new recliner. So far it's the best I've had. The size fits within the recliner seat well and I particularly like the bump of additional support right in the middle. It pushes against my spine in the exact right spot, not too soft and not too hard. 5 stars from me.

Not comfortable at all. Too stiff. Firm is one thing but this was stiff and uncomfortable

Best pillow for lower back pain and I tried many. Also large enough that it fits the back of a recliner or chair and does not move around.
