It's a good design and works wonderfully. It works great. I tried a stand-alone dispenser but it is always in the way in my tiny sink space and I constantly knocked it over. This one doesn’t seem to be completely water proof. But I rarely sprinkle water on it. It became a quite a hidden benefit because I used to constantly wiping off the water/soap after each use. I don’t have to do the same.I wish it had a better dispenser amount control. 1 gives me too little 2 is a bit too much, 3 is useless.It lights up and tells you the temperature in Celsius. Not sure it is for the room temperature or the liquid. Who cares?

The soap dispenser worked great, then stopped working. It is fully charged, the display comes on when the motion sensor is tripped, but there is no sound of the motor or soap being dispensed.Vendor is replacing the soap dispenser. Fast response. Hopefully this one will last. When it works, it is a really good product and much better than a hand pump soap dispenser.

So my family always wants the foaming bath and body works soaps and I like them too but the bottle they come in isn't well balanced and was always falling off the sink so I decided to give this product a try to see if we could just load the bath and body works soap in it and get the same kind of foam.Here is what I like the capacity of the tank in this dispenser is exactly the same as a standard bath and body works foaming soap. Not sure if that is intentional but it's super convenient.In regards to the quality of the foam it's identical to the manual foam dispenser you get in a bottle of soap.The motion sensor is tuned just right so it's not accidently triggererd and the ability to set the amount of soap dispensed is really handy.The built in display is cool to look at but not really useful but it does add some wow factor.In regards to the battery life it's really good, we have had this now for well over a month of very frequent use and only bad to charge it for the first time two days ago. We have ran 10 bottles of bath and body works through this and have not had a single clog or failure to dispense.Included in the package is two adhesive pads to attach this to your wall and they are really strong. This has not moved at all attached to the tile in the bathroom but I would be careful if using the pads on drywall commonly found in a powder room. These pads will hold it firm on drywall but if you try to pull it off your going to pull paint from the drywall.Overall this is a fantastic product at this price point

I purchased this soap dispenser back in Sep 2024, which worked fine for about 4 months, and then the motion sensor suddenly stopped working in Jan 2025. I followed the instructions in the manual to clean it and troubleshoot it but it didn't help. At the time of purchase, I received an email with a 1 year warranty from Monstake, which states that they would provide a replacement for the device malfunction. However, I emailed them several times this past week, and they have not responded at all. Save yourself the trouble and your money as it appears this device will no last, therefore it's not worth the money. While I wish this would be a good addition to my home (it seemed so at for a little while), the non-existence customer service and the fact that they won't honor the warranty they provide shows that this is not a reliable vendor. It's a shame as I was already thinking about purchasing more of this shortly before it broke down.Update: 26Feb2025:Following my first review, vendor reached out and offered to send me a replacement. I received it last week and it's working well so far. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars as I liked the device before it stopped working. If I don't have any issue for about a year or so, I will add 1 more star.

I absolutely love this automatic soap dispenser! The touchless feature is incredibly convenient and makes washing hands feel more hygienic and modern. The adjustable foam setting is a nice touch, allowing me to control the amount of soap dispensed. I like foaming and its capacity. It’s also rechargeable, so no need for constant battery changes. The sleek black design looks great and it is qualitative, too, in both the bathroom and kitchen, and the added clock function is a practical bonus. My kids enjoy using it too, making hand washing a fun experience for them! Highly recommend this product.

Love this product, it is amazing, you get to choose the soap amount and you get to set the the clock on the screen.So easy to set up and it elevates the place.Highly recommend!

I really like this. Its so cute and a nice way to upgrade your space. Installing is really easy. You have two options: either nail it in or just use the sticky pad it comes w. When the heat was up high in the bathroom the soap would drip a bit not too much tho. I do have to double dispense bc the amount of soap the first time around is so small. I'd recommend it tho and get it again for other spots in my home.
