Replaced my cars hood struts. This product has lasted me a few years already so it’s a good product :)

Replaced the hood support shocks for my 2010 Lexus LS460. I saw another reviewer with the same car said it didn't fit, and was a little worried. Upon arrival the struts just needed to be adjusted so that both ball joints are perpendicular to the socket. Very easy 10 minute installation! Struts are strong and the heavy hood is lifted with nice stong force. I hope it will last. I think dealer parts are like $86 each X 2 =$172 vs $27 what I paid! Very happy about the purchase! 😃

Makes a noise at the last inch of opening. Could not get rid of it with lithium grease or wd40. So far opens strong and holds well. Will see how it does in a few months. OK for the price!
