My current kitchen tool crush
I've been working with this Sorbus Drying Rack for a couple of weeks now and i love it. 6 weeks ago i didn't even know such a thing existed and now I never want to be without one again. I came upon this while searching for kitchen organization aids. At the time i was using a mat on the counter to dry my dishes because i just couldn't deal with the traditional two piece drainer dish rack. So when i found this category i began researching my options, reading reviews and questions answered etc. I found that this product met most of the criteria i established during my research of drying racks. It was large and sturdy with a coating that was rust and heat resistant. I really didn't know i needed that last feature. I have used it for the obvious purpose or draining dishes, for holding produce as i clean them before putting them away, and for supporting the metal trivets on my stove while i scrub them clean with a baking soda paste - that's a lot of heavy scrubbing and the rack didn't even bat an eye. when i'm finished i rinse it, roll it up and stand it on end next to the sink. AND i use it to drain the larger houseplants when i want to wash off their leaves and give a good shower. It's passed every test but the one of time. It remains to be seen how the coating holds up under normal conditions and the oxidation that takes place in my part of the world. It's very dry here and there are times when i've reached for a plastic container to have it crumble in my hands. Most storage devices that have coated metal crack and crumble as well. This coating will dominate the dry air and oxidation - fingers crossed. EDIT 9/2023 It's 5 years later and I use it every day in many ways. The silicone coating has held up. It has certainly outlasted many products I use daily.

Excellent addition to small kitchen!
Love this nifty thing! I have a very deep, large sink and this mat gives it another “dimension”. I can use the mat for dish drying or draining veggies or fruit before I process them for cooking, salads whatever. I used to put a towel on the counter to drain the veggies, leaving a mess to clean up & wet towel. This rack will solve that problem. I can still put things in the sink under the mat, like soaking pots where they are out of the way. This is already a very good addition to my small kitchen where many things have to do double duty to make the kitchen efficient. I love to cook from scratch, so always have lots of dishes, pots & pans to wash. My small dish drainer gets full quickly, so this expands the drying/draining area for dishes. Love that it is adjustable, just roll it up when needed, or put it away. I will get lots of use out of this mat. Also, it is well made, very sturdy and will be very easy to keep clean. It “hugs” the sink edge nicely and feels very secure because of the silicone.

Sturdy, attractive, convenient
I absolutely love this drying rack! I was worried that it wasn't going to be strong, but it can handle my heavy pots. The silicone coating keeps it from slipping around on the sink at all. Since it is completely covered in silicone, it probably won't rust. And it roles up when done. So simple. Got rid of the huge drying rack that we had on our counter. In our house, we use the dishwasher for most things, but I wash pans, pots, spatulas, Tupperware, various utensils, etc by hand. So it works out perfectly for us. Note: If you wash a large number of dishes and want to stack them all up and leave for a while, this is probably not the product for you. Strength-wise, it would be fine, but not really the purpose of this style of rack. My sink is raised from the counter, and all the other pictures had sinks flush with the counter, so I was worried it wouldn't work. But it fits perfectly.

Sturdy, fits my large sink, and easy to clean.
Once we changed from a dual kitchen sink to a large "farmhouse" size, we needed a way to let dishes drain and dry. While most go in the dishwasher, this is perfect for the pans, lids and odd utensils that do not do well in the dishwasher. Also, when baking, washing mixing bowls and utensils needed for separate batches or items, hand washing and draining to dry is much faster than our fastest dishwasher cycle. This is perfect. The only "problem" is that we needed a 19" size and while rolled it is a small diameter, finding a place to put a 19"-long item when not in use took some thought.

Space Saver
Still have it, still use it, still love it even after two years. The way it can be rolled up and stored else where or just off the side of the sink makes it a great space saver.

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE !!!!
I would be lost without this item. I have 2 on each side of my sink that I keep there permanentely. One for rolling out to water my plants, and one to roll out for clean misc, non dishwasher safe items. Roll them back up to store. Use them on the counter as a trivet for glass dishes, pans, baking, etc. They only take up about 2 inches over my sink on either side. I wish someone had given me one of these when I got married back in the day. Give this as a gift to a new homeowner, married couple, etc. They will love you! HUGE TIMESAVER.

Wish I had bought it sooner!
We bought this to have a better place to drain in our double sink and it has given us an additional work space to boot! It’s terrific. Since it’s flat across the sink, you can drain glasses, cups, pots and pans easily. Plus we can put a cutting board or plate on it for an additional work space. Loved it so much we bough one as a gift.
