LED 417097 Energy Saver Compact Fluorescent T2 Twister (A21 Replacement) Household Light Bulb: 2700-Kelvin, 23-Watt (100-Watt Equivalent), E26 Medium Screw Base, Soft White, 4-Pack

I bought exactly same package in home depot about 2 years ago. I didn't expect those bulbs to be useful because they are only 550 lumen; however, they have been very nice replacement bulb for kitchen and bath room lights. The bulb is small enough so it can fit to any light fixture. also it is not too bright so good for kitchen and bathroom light, also the bulb uses only 9Watt so it is cooler than other higher lumen lights. When I found this item, I wasn't 100% sure that they are same one that I bought in home depot long time ago because in the item description here it says the bulb is 500 lumen, but the one I bought in home depot was 550 lumen bulbs. I checked a package right after I received it and it appears to be 550 lumen which is identical to the one that I bought long time ago.

This is the bulb I have been looking for. I am going to order a lot of these and replace every bulb in my house. That's how much I love them. These are 1600 lumens each and VERY bright white. I have two in my bathroom and it's hard to describe but the light in there just makes me feel better. These are skewed to the blue end of the spectrum but the don't have a blue tint at all. They are just clean, clear, white light. Much better than any other brand I have ever tried. If you have been looking for a very bright daylight bulb, look no further. One other good thing about these, besides the quality of the light, is the smaller size. These will fit inside more fixtures than the regular size CFL twister bulbs. It's also hard to beat the price of these. I actually prefer LED bulbs but until those drop in price, I will be sticking with these.

Long-Lasting light bulbs are a big plus in my house. Who wants to keep changing light bulbs? These screw in and out easily, are sturdy and last a long time (like years). Great value for the price I paid. THey're sort of an investment, in a way. Pay once and they'll last and last. No complaints at all with these 100-watt bulbs.

I dragged my heels long enough, trying to stick with incandescent bulbs (I know, I know, it's a lost cause). I hated the CFL bulbs I tried when they were first available and have avoided them for years. But while I was a hold-out, they've clearly improved. They are available in brighter varieties, don't take 10 minutes to fully turn on, and aren't necessarily ugly & huge - which is one of the selling points for these particular Philips bulbs. They measure 3.5" end-to-end; the bulb part measures 2.75". They cast a bright, clean light too. I don't believe they're going to last any 7 years or whatever the claim is, but I WILL keep track & see how long they do last. I priced around and a buck a bulb seems reasonable which is what they were at the time of my purchase. Sadly, my first order arrived quite smashed, mercury no doubt freely pinging around - or whatever it is mercury does - the inside of the package, but Amazon sent a replacement very quickly. You go Amazon.

GREAT LITTLE LIGHTS. ONE OF THE 4 LIGHTS IN THE PACKAGE WAS BROKEN, I TOOK THE OTHER THREE OUT OF THE PACKAGE TO KEEP FROM CUTTING MYSELF ON THE LITTLE PIECES OF GLASS. MY FIRST ORDER NEVER SHOWED UP AND THIS ORDER WAS THE REPLACMENT ORDER.

These were recommended by a succulent blog for grow lights, so I went ahead and bought some about a month ago. They give off a nice white light, and they're pretty bright. My succulents especially love them! They definitely weren't getting enough light in my window, but these lights have helped a lot! I'm starting to see a lot of new growth, and they look nice and healthy. Some of my smaller ones have even got a nice purple color starting to show. What's really nice is they come in a pack of four, so theres replacements for when the one I'm using burns out. I have a dome light that I screw the bulb into, which is sometimes left on for 10 hours at a time. The only negative to these is that I have noticed a slight hum/buzz sound when it's on, but honestly after a few minutes I dont even notice it. I'm not sure if its the bulb or the dome I'm using that makes the buzzing sound, but either way it's well worth it to see my plants so happy and healthy. Definitely would buy again.

I have bought these a few times for use in the home for general lighting in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. They have lasted for several years of regular daily use, with none requiring replacement so far. There is no noise or excessive heat generated from the power transformer (which has happened with CFLs from other brands, and excessive heat from LED bulb power supplies is an issue in my opinion too). This is an all-around good example of an energy efficient light bulb. I will buy them again in the future, as this is a good product. Pros: * Very bright light. * Power transformer doesn't get hot, only a little warm. * No power transformer noise. * Light color is excellent for reading, when you need to see colors properly. Cons: * Somewhat difficult to find this exact item. * Somewhat expensive for four light bulbs, but worth it.
