For children 1.5 years + I'd recommend you buy this. It is interactive so keeps children busy but with a constructive activity. Children learn the proper pronounciation. It's also good for fine motor skills that they can insert the card in machine( which is difficult). Battery lasts forever. I charged it once and have been using it for weeks now. Cards are not plastic so break and tear. I'd suggest giving children a few cards each time. When they master and destroy the cards give them new set of 5 cards. In conclusion a must buy.

I purchased 7 pieces of this product as gifts, but 3 of them came with errors or didn’t work properly. This was really disappointing, especially since they were meant for gifting.

The cards were sent without the reader and I was so shocked but did not want to go through the hassle of return the item.

i received the item today. the item is good and all but the issue is its Arabic and English. While on the description it didnt specify that it would be on Arabic. disappointing.

The device is a little smaller than I thought it would be but my 18 month old had no problems with it! She liked that it spoke to her. The functions are super simple which is also nice for a younger child. The only thing I would wish for would be if it came with a way to store all of it together. The cards come in a card box essentially that I’m sure my toddler will rip soon. If it had one little carrying case for everything I’d like it even more!

My 2 year old is loving this. She is getting practice with her fine motor skills by putting the cards in and she loves repeating them. There are so many different cards. My girl will start trying to say what she sees on the cards now as she puts it in.I love that this is rechargeable, but I haven’t yet because the battery life is so good. The voice is very clear understandable, as I had worried it might be rough. The best little device.

This is easy to hold for young children, and easy to operate. No arrows to scroll one way or the other ....simple and not confusing. The sound is clear and words easy to understand. I like the add'l animal and vehicle sounds. It would be a five star if device were more interactive ie..said the word and asked the child to repeat it, let them hear themselves, and maybe the device say it again. Asking a lot, but I have a child struggling with speech.

wonderful learning tool for my little one. this comes with lots of cards inside of a super adorable box. the card reader is cat head shaped and extremely lightweight. it arrives in the "off" position, but once on, it immediately starts to talk and there's some music playing in the background of the recording. the voice is loud right off the start but luckily there's a volume button right above where the eye would be if it had eyes. just press it a few times to lower the volume and you can hear a noticeable difference. the buttons are easy to use and navigate. here's info about the cards included: 56 animal cards 31 daily necessities 25 vehicles 21 foods 18 fruits 16 veggies 16 costumes 10 nature 9 colors 8 persons 8 jobs 5 shapes
