Set of Two Madrid Ladderback Dining Chairs, Unfinished

I love these chairs! My husband built us a beautiful dining room table and I looked everywhere for old chairs we could refinish but none were what we wanted. I was so happy when I found these chairs! They are so comfortable to sit on, very sturdy and were easy to assemble. We stained/painted them and they go perfectly with out table.

I’ve been looking for new dining room chairs for a couple of years. I read all of the reviews both bad and good, and decided to take a chance. The chairs were packaged well, the instructions for easy to follow and all of the pieces needed were included. It took about 45 minutes to assemble each chair; I like the fact each piece is screwed together as opposed glued. The chairs are very sturdy, they are good looking, they were straightforward to put together and I’m excited to update my dining room

The chairs are great - and they want you to know they are made in Vietnam (is written EVERYWHERE on EVERYTHING). They are as in the Amazon pictures. Sturdy, easy to assemble. I bought 4 chairs (2 boxes) and had small issues in both (though the 4 stars): 1 of the screw Phillips cross marks were not actually drilled; one of the washer came broken. I have plenty of tools and gizmos so it was easy to come around, but if you only have what is in the kit, you're good for a return!

Solid well made chairs that are pretty easy to assemble and finish. They are very strong and solid to sit in, unlike many that you get a furniture stores. these should last for many years.

These chairs are very well made. Although easy to assemble, takes some time. Took me about 1/2 hour each. Well worth the effort. All pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly and everything I needed, except a phillips head screwdriver, was in the box. They are sturdy and should hold up for many years. Also, very pretty.

Easy enough to assemble, but one of the chairs in the package came with Two Right Front Legs. Not wanting to wait for a replacement, I modified one of the right legs into a left leg.... Not to be attempted with out the right wood working tools.

Love my chairs!!!! I bought 12 of them. They have to be put together, but that process is so easy! If I can do it ........ The wood is solid and capable of being stained if desired. The chairs are sturdy and heavy. I painted mine black, then distressed then. Last I applied 3 coats Polycrylic. They look GREAT! Love them! I would definitely recommend these chairs if you are looking for a specific finish and don't want to spend $200 per chair!!!

Quality of the wood was better than expected.
