I have had this for a couple years now. Works awesome! The bag is really hurricane proof! Only issue is one of the U-bolts rusted after a couple years. I e-mailed Mockins and they replaced it for free. No hassle!! I would highly suggest this product and company!

This is a good occasional use rack. Easy to assemble and easy to clamp down on the roof rails.The paint on this does chip easily and rusts quickly. You get what you pay for. This is a very economical roof rack.Mine arrived damaged but the company’s customer service was top notch. They immediately responded and made the situation right.

Not compatible withMazda CX55 stars for not fitting??? 2022 Mazda CX 5 roof rack crossbars are NON-adjustable. This roof cargo carrier is, as advertised. No paint chips as some other buyers have complained. Easy to assemble and install. I’m 77 and put it on top of the car by myself. Cargo stays secure......the net is a sturdy bonus.5 stars for customer service. One of the threads on one u-clamp was not turned properly, making the knob harder to put on. The u-clamps aren’t a standard measurement, but Mokins immediately accepted my replacement suggestion and refunded me the price I paid for the replacement. The whole process took only 2 days.The carrier does not fit properly on my CX5 because the CX5 cross bars are not adjustable.....not because of the carrier design. I’ve had to adjust the rear u-clamps as the Mokins instructions show you NOT to do. However, after a couple of trips on winding, bumpy roads the carrier remained secure. I’ll check before and during each trip we make.
