Perfect fit ... but
Identical to those on my 1997 BMW Z3 2.8 and fit perfectly in the regulator arms. Installed 2 in driver's door after cleaning old lube and applying new lithium grease. Works like new. Problem on passenger door though. Window still a bit slow for some reason and the ball popped out of rear slider repeatedly. So I replaced the metal clip with one from the old sliders and it stays put. Seems that the new clips fit a bit less tightly. Don't throw out your old clips just in case.

Do the job
E36 BMW, i had to sand the edges and sides down for them to slide because fitment so tight, after that and silicone wd40, im more than satisfied, window works

Kept popping off.
Clips are not the same shape as OEM. Too loose, connector to arms kept popping off. Had to reuse old OEM clips. Worked fine after that.
