You can't return this product, even unopened
Well, I haven't tried the product. For some reason I thought it was fluoride free. I am looking for a mouthwash that my 93 year old mother can use - but that won't hurt her if she swallows it. This does not fit the bill, and I did not see anywhere that it could not be returned. Amazon is getting worse and worse - from the reviews that can't be trusted, to poorer customer service.

Easy to hold in your mouth.
It feels in your mouth like a mint water (especially after years of using Listerine brand). It's easy to hold in & rinse as much as you need. Just hope it does what it's supposed to do! ;)

Mouthwash that does not bubble
I cannot stand mouthwashes that bubble up in your mouth when you gargle. Tom's does not bubble when I gargle and the flavor is very nice. It leaves a freshness in my mouth, which I like.

Not my favorite flavor
The flavor isn’t my favorite but it’s very mild, so it doesn’t give you the strong sensation when you use it.

I am so happy I FINALLY found a mouthwash I absolutely love.
