I was very happy and positively surprised about the product quality at this price point. As a warning: the product size (17 cm) is different than the average size of locks (21 cm). So some adjustment to the door is required. The product comes with a number for a company you can call for installation, I used them at they were great. The app setup was pretty straight forward. The product itself is excellent. Very fast to open/lock. You get 4 different ways to open the door (Finger Print, Key Card, Numeric KeyPad & Manual key door). All 4 methods work extremely fast, and the door has an alarm if multiple wrong entries are used. The app controls the Lock and you can setup different time schedules, allow access codes to work from set periods of time (if you have a maid that visits and an installation service when you are not available). This model doesnt have internet access, but you can get a seperate unit add and control it remotely. The freedom this Smart Lock provides is something I'm enjoying daily. I never have to worry about locking myself outside. I provide temporary codes to cleaning/installation services and it saves me a lot of time. The smart lock itself is excellent — it has been working flawlessly for over a month now. It performs exactly as expected, and even the battery consumption is minimal, which is a big plus. The app also functions smoothly and reliably. The only drawback is the recent appearance of a long, annoying ad when using the remote unlock feature. This ad wasn’t there initially and it slows down access and makes it harder to confirm if the door was opened properly. It would be much better if the remote unlock feature worked instantly and without interruptions.

The lock does not work, in closed mode you can open the door. Even when you move the mechanical lever from the inside to the closed position, the door opens quietly from the outside. Sometimes the lock is closed through the application, but it is not possible to open it either with cards, or with a password, or even with the keys that are included in the kit.

Installed it on my apartment door and enrolled a few fingerprints for family, plus an IC card for guests. The lock felt solid once fitted, but first setup and latch alignment took longer than I hoped. Day to day it opens fast most times, with a few misses when fingers are damp. Pros: Quick fingerprint unlock when enrolled well App, passcode, and IC card give flexible entry 4585 mortise body feels sturdy Cons: Setup and alignment can be fiddly on some doors Fingerprint reads drop with wet or oily hands Remote control beyond Bluetooth may need extra hardware Conclusion: Good mix of entry options and a solid feel, but setup and reliability quirks keep it at three stars. Best for someone comfortable tweaking a smart lock to fit right.

I purchased the Razuvious Smart Lock (R1) to upgrade my home security with a keyless, smart system. I liked the idea of multiple access options like fingerprint, Bluetooth, and Alexa integration, but my experience has been mixed. Pros: Convenient fingerprint access works quickly. Multiple entry modes: IC card, anti-peep code, and app control. Works well with Alexa for voice commands. Sturdy 4585 mortise adds a sense of security. Cons: Bluetooth connection can be unreliable at times. Setup through the TT Lock App was a bit complicated. Occasional fingerprint misreads, especially with wet or oily fingers. My Conclusion: The Razuvious Smart Lock offers impressive features and solid build quality, but its software could use some refinement. While the fingerprint scanner and Alexa integration are convenient, occasional connectivity issues and setup challenges hold it back. It’s a good lock overall, but not as seamless as I had hoped.

Excellent quality, reasonably priced. Software is TTLock and integrates well with the device and is user friendly. All hardware is included and can be used with thin and thick doors (40mm). Highly recommended.

Great product if you don't need remote control access. You still can if you purchase a gateway.
