You cannot beat the sound quality and clarity of these speakers for the price. They have a fantastic sound when paired with a sub-woofer in an entire house solution. I have 10 of them, 8 installed so far with the 4 of the Herdio 4 channel inline amplifiers to segment the areas attached to an Amazon Echo Dot as the "tuner". Easy installation, good quality build, looks great in the ceiling and a great value for the money.

These sound great at low to moderately loud volumes, but start bottoming out and distorting some as you get to the "Movie Theater" Levels. (most speakers do until you get to the real expensive ones, I was in the industry for decades) They have built in cross overs, which is great for this price point, and really help the sound quality, but like others have said in their reviews, there is no documentation in the instructions, on the listing, or even on their website as the the setting of the 2 blue switches on each one, they are part of the cross over system, and the only way to set them is by trial and error, this is inexcusable in this day and age, they could have at least put a "High Pass" and "Low Pass" stamped on them somewhere, which is what the switches do. other than that, they are great, especially for the $$$ the wire terminals are gold plated, and they have "real" cross overs built in. They look good once installed with good fitting grills, and the templet to cut the hole with was much appreciated. overall, a good buy

Build Quality: The speakers themselves look are fine. They do have some heft to them and a reasonable sized magnet Appearance: The speakers themselves look great. They blend in perfectly into a white ceiling and have a similar profile to can lights. Sound These speakers do have a nice sound profile and do get out a respectable amount of bass. This sound quality beats what my soundbar +subwoofer combo can produce using a basic $80 160W amp and I imagine it would sound much better with a better quality amp. Installation: Installation is easy but I highly recommend using a stud detector and make sure you have access to the area you are cutting into by checking the attic before you cut. I also recommend using bat insulation directly over speaker and following up with blown in to extend the life of them if you are in a hot environment. Final thought: These are fine speakers that I recommend.

As other reviewer's have said the speakers do sound good for the price. There are two blue sliding switches on the inside of the bezel of the speaker which control audio filtering for both the woofer and the Twitter but there's no indication how to use them other than switching them on and off and listen to how it affects the sound quality. No documentation came with the speaker to say how do use the switches and searching their website revealed no answers either. I don't know if it's completely disabling the filter assembly or altering the filter assembly it would be nice to know. Speakers typically need some type of filtering to protect them and protect the sound quality. My biggest frustration with installation was that I had used a torque driver to screw the screws in on a very low setting but that unfortunately was still too much and slightly deformed the plastic on the speakers which prevented the simple insertion of the speaker grill. I couldn't convince myself that the speaker had deformed enough but after I backed out the screws a little bit finally I was able to get the speaker grills in. I got these on sale and I'm very happy with the purchase; good speakers for the price.

I got this to install in the tv room. I plan on doing it myself, it comes with clear instructions and everything that is needed. I’ve watched a few videos and the included template should make for an easy job. I haven’t installed it yet but have tried out the speakers and I’m quite impressed with the sound quality for the price.

Surprisingly good sound. They are loud and clear, with very easy clips for the ceiling. Perfect for Dolby Atmos setup. May be a little tall, you will need to lower the hanging ceiling to attach them.

LDKをリフォームする際、新築時からほとんど使用してなかったダウンライトを撤去して、代わりに埋め込みました。 サラウンドのリアとフロントハイトスピーカーとして使用してます。 メインのスピーカーとして使用していないし、音にこだわりがある方でもないので音質の良い悪いは不明です。 サラウンドスピーカーとしては問題なく機能しております。 マイナスポイント 1、外国の方のレビューにもありますが、スピーカー本体に青いスライドスイッチが2個有りますが、説明が一切ありません。音を出しながら切り替えて見ましたが、確かに変化はあるのですがどちらが良いのかさっぱりわからない。なので適当に全部統一出使ってます。 2、取り付け用のネジの頭のサイズ(ビットサイズ)が日本の規格と違っていて電気屋さんの電動ドライバーでは食わない様で、全て手締めで辛そうでした。 3、表面のネットが磁力で付くとかではなく、金属の張りの食い込ませで止まってます。取り外す時は目打ちの様な先の尖ったものでこじれば取り外せますが、嵌めるのが大変！強引に本当に力技で食い込ませる感じで取り付けます。何度か落としました。

Buen sonido a buen pregio

Good value, good sound, goes loud enough to have a party, definitely better with separate sub bass speaker. you must put them in a sealed void / ceiling for them to sound right, they can't be used on own not mounted in something. In the ceiling sound great, and the setting to change volume of tweeter to make sweeter or duller helps a lot too. Recommend.
