Has some heat
I haven’t tried it yet, other than a sample in a teaspoon. Love the flavors and it does have some heat. Can’t wait to try it on some pork tenderloin.

Very good spice
I really enjoy this spice! It is unique and goes well with many types of foods. The packaging is appealing to look at and durable, and this brand seems to be of good quality.

Lotsa flavor!!
Absolutely love this seasoning!!! So tasty! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the cover was broken when I got it. Thankfully I had another jar to put it in.

EXCELLENT
I have a Thai peanut chicken recipe I like from Sandra Lee's crockpot/slow cooker cookbook. I purchased it in a thrift shop, an someone wrote in their version of Thai seasoning, which has worked well. I moved, and things are still in a mess. I ordered this because it was convenient, and will continue to use it. If you like heat, you may want to add some red pepper, but I thought it was great. I'm a mild person. It gave flavor without the unwanted heat. I'm going to continue to use it, rather than making my own.

Yum!
I debated over buying this. I could not find Greek seasoning in my local grocery stores. I substituted some extra Italian seasoning for a recipe that required the Greek seasoning. Today, I tried the same recipe with this seasoning and wow, what a game changer! It was so much better! Glad I sprung for it…now I have to find some more Greek recipes!

Very tasty...
I was introduced to this many years ago via Trader Joe's branded pasta seasoning with the exact same ingredients. When they stopped selling it, I was disappointed, but several years later, I found Spice Hunter Pasta Seasoning with onion, garlic, basil, lemon peel, paprika, fennel, oregano, black pepper, ginger, thyme, and lemon oil. It's a nice addition to pasta sauces and stews... Although, I have been putting herbs de Provence in my stews lately... For my herbs de Provence blend, I use basil, fennel, lavender, marjoram, oregano, thyme, sage, and savory. I bought some of those elements on Amazon. This Pasta Seasoning still has a place with Italian pasta dishes... It is wonderful.

Not my Favorite
Generally, I love Greek seasoning in my turkey burgers and I make a turkey veggy soup with bone broth and I use Greek seasoning in. I usually buy the Gustus Vitae Taste of Greece seasoning, but it is pretty expensive and the container seems not to last very long (it has 2.7 ounces in it). So, I decided to get this Spice Hunter brand this time since I make soup and turkey burgers a lot. We, while I am eating the soup that I made, this is not my favorite blend. There is a slightly floral taste in this spice (not sure what it is), but I do not really like it very well. I would send the unused/unopened bottles back (because there were 3 that were sent), but it is a set and I am sure due to it being food stuff that Amazon would not accept it. So, I sort of wasted my money on it. Others may like it, but the other brand in my opinion had a better taste. I have learned that not all Greek seasoning is the same.
