The craftsmanship and quality are 5 star and the packaging was solid. The fire looks very real and the weathered concrete is very classy and contemporary. There is more than enough heat and the variable heat setting is ideal for customizing your comfort level to the size of the room. What I especially appreciate is that all of the dimensions are listed in the product posting and they are accurate to a T. This is a monumental upgrade to our real gas, fake log old fireplace that produced little heat and was a dusty eyesore.

I replaced my ventless gas fireplace with this electric insert. It hasn't gotten very cold yet, so I have not had it on for long periods of time, but when I have tried it out it seems to work very well. Of course the flames don't look like real flames, since they are just lights, but they still look nice. The glowing embers do look fairly realistic. The warmth coming out is certainly sufficient to heat the space it is in. Installation was straight forward. The remote control is great. The crackling sounds are not very convincing, but one doesn't have to use those. This unit was considerably less expensive than many of the other brands, and so far I think it is a good bargain. We'll just have to see how it holds up over the years.

Purchased this for my living room. The fireplace itself looks so good, on and off! I love how the flame size can be adjusted and you can even add a crackling sound. This turned out way better than I expected. Great product!

This unit replaced one that finally quit on us. It fit perfectly. The sound of cracking flames is realistic and the heating feature is very effective. The logs are fairly realistic and the flame and glow from them is quite pleasant. The remote is very convenient, a feature our old unit did not have. This is a good unit and I recommend it.

I absolutely love this fireplace! I’ve been using it for around a month now. It was super easy to set in place. It fit perfectly and completely changed the atmosphere of our room. I had been concerned that this type of fireplace would look cheap, but it really doesn’t. I wish I bought it years ago. It says not to use an extension cord (like any heater probably), but I bought a really heavy cord (10AWG) so I could run it all the time and not worry about it.

Looks great and was easy to install. Looks like an expensive fireplace, without the expensive price tag!

It fitted my fireplace perfectly and the heater works great it heats the room to a comfortable temperature. It looks very realistic.

I really wanted a wood fireplace when we’re building our new home but we needed to stay within a budget so I bought this. I am thrilled!!! It is honestly one of my favorite parts of the house. It looks realistic and the heat makes it feel real too! When I’m in the same room the crackling sounds realistic but at a distance it’s not as great. Bottom line, I love it and I’m going to buy another one for another room!
