Tablets small, easy to swallow, works. That's all I can say. I wrote a whole paragraph, but remember this site doesn't like detailed honest reviews.

I take these daily. I’m not big on swallowing pills, but these are not that big and they go right down. That is a big plus for me. I know how important it is to take vitamins and this is one that I would recommend.

I can't really say how well they work, I mean how do you really even judge that without labwork. BUT I love these! My biggest issue with vitamins is that they are always huge and too hard for me to swallow. These are so small and you only have to take one. They smell like vitamins but I have others that smell way worse, and they dont have a lingering taste either. I had gastric sleeve surgery last year so I have tried around 7 different kinds and eventually gave up on vitamins until I found these.

As a person with fear of swallowing pills, these were easy to swallow. And I struggle! So I’m very pleased with the size. I only rate it a 3 so far because I just received and so I need to test it out for longer. The smell is strong but I’ll take it for it being this small.

Didn't have any issues with them. I ended up buying a bigger count bottle when this one ran out. I appreciate the mini size.
