I was very excited about this. Thought it had great reviews, great price, all the functions I wanted. NOT!!! It doesn't have a heart rate monitor, it loses Bluetooth connection ALL THE TIME which is the biggest reason I bought it. I need to stay updated to who is texting or calling since I have teenage drivers in my home. The step counter is definitely NOT accurate. It said I walked 30 steps while I was braiding my daughters hair. Not happy with this purchase. Ready to return it.

I bought two fit watches. One for my husband and one for myself. My husband's never started working but mine did. I love the sleep tracker and everything. Down fall that I hate is it never stays connected to the Bluetooth so you are constantly reconnecting to view your overall outcomes.

Amazinf i bought a less expensive one i think its called the tw64 thing just fell apart or off my wrist. then i got this and its amazing i wip be ordering more for family and friends i like it better than my old fit bit hr as well!

In the title it say heart rate monitor but it does not keep track of your hear rate im very angry about this

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I thought for sure the description said it was a heart rate monitor and it was not. I went back after I received it and it said it was in fact a heart rate monitor which is the main reason why I bought it. I could never figure it out. And now it isn't saying that at all. I decided I could live with it. But then I took advantage of the sleep option and it was not accurate. There were times when I was wide awake and it never registered that I was awake. Also the touchscreen menu is a pain and there is no rhyme or reason for the swipe or taps to get through the menu. There were times I just wanted to check my steps and swiped and swiped and it just kept going through the menu. Very frustrating. Also I could never get it to change over from walking to the other "sport" options. Mine may have been defective but I do not recommend this for others unless you want a pedometer that probably isn't accurate anyway.

This seems to keep the steps ok, but it doesn't track my sleep correctly - I turned off the light and went right to sleep at 10 last night and it says I was up until 1:30am and there is no way to revise or correct. It doesn't sync with my Challenge App through my work, so it really does me absolutely no good. The text and phone info are good but you can't read the screen in bright daylight. Glad I didn't spend a lot on it...

Great Product for the Price! My wife has been using it for a week now and it track steps and sleep really well! Simple to use and looks good. Pairing was quick and syncs with the app without any issues. I'll get one for myself now.

This is excellent value as a tracker... There are some issues with the companion app that may clear up over time but the biggest thing is the band. I have a big wrist and it is a real effort to put it on. it would only cost $.01c to make it an inch longer. I say make it longer and trimmable for the people with small wrists.

Terrible product. I shouldn't have believed all the reviews. It doesn't always turn on, either with a flick of the wish or tapping the screen. It's a hit and miss affair. When it does turn on, it only stays on anywhere from 1 to 3 seconds, not enough time for me to check the date and time. Swiping the screen isn't also very reliable- you'll never know what screen you'll see. I hate it. It's one of the worst products I've bought from Amazon. I would return it, unfortunately I've already thrown away the box.

Great watch/step counter, lasts more than a week on a full charge. The steps are pretty accurate, however the calorie counter is not accurate at all and the sleep mode is alright. I've never been awake at night according to the sleep monitor which I know is not correct. For the price you can't go wrong if you're looking for a watch and a step counter in 1 device.

I loved this watch! It was a great watch but I took a bath with it and it broke. That's why I gave it 4 stars. On the description says it is water resistant and I assumed it would resist a bath. Otherwise a great product!
