Foam ear plugs that you squash down and inserts into your ears. They generally work ok and are quite comfortable. They last a long time with the amount provided. The little key ring holder is useful to store some when going away for a weekend. The only downsides are that you can still hear some noise but blocks out most and because of their length can sometimes fall out.

I am forever losing ear plugs. Personally, I like the foam ear plugs as they are the most comfortable to wear in bed. They reduce noise well, even if they don't completely eradicate it! But usually I buy ear plugs like these in packs containing 3 to 6 pairs. Getting this large container at such a great price was a real win! My husband laughed when the giant jar of ear plugs arrived in the post, but I haven't needed to desperately search for ear plugs late at night (when he's snoring!) since I bought this large jar! If you have tried foam ear plugs before and like them, then you'll like this great value giant jar of them!!

Comfortable and reduced noise really well. Better than the silicone options I have tried.

Foam earplugs are always going to have their downsides - falling out, and not always keeping out all noise - but these are good enough compared with foam plugs I've used. They roll into shapes easily, so you can squeeze them very thin to insert them. The carry case is a great idea. I like having a big pot of these and I don't think I'll have to buy more now for a very long time.I will say that my ears ache a bit after using these for multiple nights on the trot, but I don't think that's an issue with these plugs in particular.

I would give 5 stars, but they fall out sometimes but i do move a lot. I would recommend as they are great for the price and i love they when i put them in they make little sound when expanding compared to others I've used and last a long time, easy to use , my partner uses them, and the size also fit his ears. The colour indicates the density of the foam i think
