Q: How do you turn on noise-canceling? I downloaded the app and there's no noise-canceling option. Right now, these buds are not canceling noise at all.

I'm not sure about the noise cancelling in the app. I believe it's the ear bud design itself that is supposed to be noise cancelling. The pair I purchased for cutting grass doesn't cut out the noise all the way, so I have to turn them up more than I would if there was no loud noise. They are better though, but not as good as just plain ear plugs.

Q: How to i use the warranty, if the return window for amazon closed 21 days ago? i've had these since may 9th, and they already don't work.

I have Called Customer Support in the past and they have helped me with a return outside of the timeline. U can also Contact the Manufacturer Directly. I've had a few things that Ive done that with and they're very helpful. They dont want the Bad reviews. As a matter of Fact u should have received a message from them thru Amazon asking u to review the item and they have a link to talk to them. Hope that helps. Good luck
