One of my best purchases ever. I have used this for a few weeks now and every night I stay sleep the whole time. If I wake up it's just for a few minutes and right back to sleep. I totally love the many ASMR selections. Beautiful clear sounds and soft whispery voices and multiple triggers. Absolutely amazing. It's comfortable and easy to use with a long battery life. Very calming. Exactly what I needed. At first I got the medium size band that was a little too big so I bought the smaller size band and am very happy with the fit. I highly recommend. If ASMR doesn't work for you, they also sell a different module that you can buy with more traditional sounds. But if ASMR is your thing, you won't be disappointed. You can listen to one track over and over or listen to all for a full 8 hours or so. Great product.
