Precise sound, solid build - everything you want from a nearfield monitor
The T5V delivers impressively accurate sound for the price. Bass is tight without being hyped, mids are clear and balanced, and the U-ART ribbon tweeter adds crisp high-end detail without fatigue - great for long sessions. Stereo imaging is pinpoint, and it exposes mix flaws with zero mercy (which is the point).Build quality is excellent. The cabinet feels dense and non-resonant, with no cheap plastic vibes. Rear panel includes balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs, plus high/low EQ trim controls - useful for room correction if you're not working in a treated space.Despite the 5” woofer, the low-end extension is surprisingly good for a monitor this size, especially in smaller rooms. There’s a rear port, so give it some breathing room from the wall if you want honest bass response. If you're producing, mixing, or just want to stop lying to yourself about how your tracks really sound - these do the job well.

Top quality speakers and a cheaper price than the established competition
I have a pair of Yamaha HS5s that I really like. I needed some extra speakers for another room. I would have chosen the HS5s again but my budget would not stretch that far, so I searched for alternatives.I eventually settled on these speakers. They are a bit deeper (in dimensions) than the Yamahas, but otherwise of about the same size.To my surprise, and in my opinion (speaker choice is very subjective), they sound so much better than the way more expensive HS5s. These have more low end and more top end, without loosing any middle frequencies.Really happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.I know of two music producer friends that also use these speakers as their reference speakers when mixing.

Superlative sound, hard to believe how good ADAM Audio T5v's are!
I am very mean as regards writing reviews, and seldom do so, but I felt duty-bound to tell anyone considering ADAM Audio T5v monitors this: Wow, they are off-the-scale good, do yourself a massive favour, save up and buy some! I am a published composer, educator and home producer and have used Mackie, Tapco, Yamaha, JBL and even the legendary BBC LS35a monitor studio speakers in the past 30 years and these ADAM Audio T5v's are up with the best, being jaw-droppingly clear and joyously accurate. You can hear the most nuanced subtleties right through the depths into your mix and although as flat as a pancake, they are great fun to listen to, revealing so much in every mix and master, this is a real musician's monitor. I can't stop smiling at the sonic results, it makes no sense that they cost as little as they do, the only cost-saving I could mention is the tiny amount of negligible hiss from the Class D amps, but it's not an issue in actual use whatsoever. There is enough bass despite 5 inch woofers for nearly all styles and genres you might work with, and the filters and sound shaping options work a treat for tuning the T5v's to your space. Build quality is as good as anything I've seen, at any price. My brain actually asked 'Is there any way I can I give six stars out of five?' when selecting a start rating. Get some ADAM Audio T5v's, audio friend, you will be glad you did :-)

Superb speakers for Mixing
These are great, so defined on the top end tweeters with good bass (comes from rear though) - I have KRK in my studio with a sub ... I am using these with a XONE96 and 2nr 1210MK2 for my analogue set up accompanying my vinyl ... Fast service and brilliant priceHighly recommendDJ Paul Tea

Good product
Good product, but why is the Power On green LED at the back where no one can see them?

Wow. Beautiful sound.
Bought these to accompany my Nord Piano 5 via a mixer. Research indicated that the T5Vs had excellent detail while still being slightly warm, and I fully agree. They sound truly beautiful. So much clarity in the mid and treble. The bass is clear and present, but not punch-in-the-stomach loud, which is fine for me. They sounded great straight out the box, haven’t noticed much change after 10hrs burn-in. If you intend to pair with a subwoofer, then think how you’d connect up. There’s no high pass filter. The balanced inputs are XLR only. This setup would work perfectly with the Adam Audio sub, but it’s not cheap, but more affordable subs may not be compatible with these T5Vs.

Excellent budget nearfield monitor!
Superb performance for a sub £300 pair of speakers. As a Kef Reference owner (and lover), within the confines of nearfield listening (you can't just "plonk" these anywhere, positioning and height are exacting requirements and the listening position sweetspot very narrow), it almost seems implausible these sound as good as they do. With some embarressment, of which I imagine many can attest to, I have spent more on cables than the buy in price here. Imaging, timbre and control are very, very good. It is as simple as that. Genuinely worthy of the affection users have for them.Currently connected to a Fiio K7 (decent budget DAC) and using a Fiio M11S as a source, with a sit-up-and-beg Fostex PM SUBmini2 subwoofer, I certainly underestimated (and am delighted with) the performance on offer here. Most highly recommended.

Generally good except for hiss from the ribbon tweeter
Generally a good sounding speaker, although not an especially flat response. They certainly benefit from equalisation via something like SonarWorks Sound ID or ARC studio. Unfortunately had to return the speakers as the his emanating from the high frequency driver was unacceptable. I have returned to my previous passive speakers driven by a cheap Fosi Audio V3 class D digital amp. These are absolutely silent in comparison to the Adam Audios.
