Nice simple operation, heats until the water is fully absorbed, neat size, ideal for up to 4, though good for rice and steamed protein too.

Wrong Plug
Arrived with EU power plug, needed to buy an adapter and not keen on the lack of Earth pin.

had the smaller version which was great , ordered a medium 1 and it had the wrong plug. return process ok so will reorder and hope this 1 is ok

Russel Hobbs Rice cooker.
Nice looking rice cooker unfortunately sending it back as it has a continental plug and not the standard British 3 point plug on it.

Wrong Plug - Again....
I just took delivery of Russel Hobbs Rice Cooker Small (medium) from Amazon. It came with a European 2-pin round plug. I live in Oxford. I had to take a bus to the City (£4) to buy a Hulkpro power adapter (£15.99 for 2). This thoughtless error by Russel Hobbs cost me £12 to get UK Plug.
