I have bought this Dr Pooper brand a few times now. I recommend it to anyone that has a septic that doesn't drain well or leaves an odor in your house after taking a shower or washing a load of clothes. I used to use a different brand but once I found this brand I will never go back. The toilet flushes better it's real easy to use because the one I got this time is tablets that you drop in the toilet until they dissolve then flush. No more septic odors that's embarrassing when someone comes over. I thought I was going to have to get my septic pumped just before the first time I discovered this. It keeps everything liquefied so I guess it doesn't need to be pumped right away. So it saves money in the long run. I got the liquid a few times before. I can't say which I prefer because both work very well. When you use the bottle kind there's a lot in the bottle to last you a while. I think they're a better quality for your money than any of the others that I've found. It says it's safe and I believe them because it doesn't have a odor but it definitely works.

This product keeps my septic tank working great. Used to have to drain ever year, now it is running clean. No smells, no back ups. Really like this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My toilet started making a gurgling noise and would not completely flush about every third time. I haven't had my tank cleaned out since I lived here the past seven years. I called a septic cleaning service and they said I had to dig up to where they can access the lid and then they could get me an appointment with one to two weeks notice for $500. In the process a limb fell on my electric line and bent my conduit pole holding my weatherhead. This caused the electric wire to hang down preventing a truck from accessing my back yard until I get it repaired, and I keep getting no responses from electricians. During this, my toilet stop flushing completely with just a little water going down. I saw this product and ordered it. I am shocked, but after using it for three days, my toilet flushes completely every single time with no more gurgling and now more smells. I can't believed it worked so well. I'm still going to have my septic cleaned out, but this product worked really well for me.

So, seems to be working wonderfully. I was lax and my septic system was neglected for years and years with no penalty. A few months ago, the chickens came home to roost, a backup in the downstairs toilet, after a shower upstairs. After finding the long forgotten cap to the septic in the front yard, it was revealed to be full of solids. The septic tech kept taliing about system failure. I said, pump it for today, get me working, and Id deal with the percussions as it filled again. I was watching slow toilet flushes, not very effective, sometimes two flushes were needed. In my mind, I feared the septic had failed. Reading that failure has a few symptoms. You could have tree roots thatbreal your system, or more likely the drain field conduits are clogged with grease and matter. I was concerned, I started a RidX discipline every few weeks… a little better. So I wondered if there was a cleaning service, and found this product As directed, results almost immediately, strong quick flushes… meaning the water has somewhere to go easily. With each 3 day dose, better and better. Almost done with the container, but ao obviously fixed. As spring comes, Ill have them inspect again, but I think Ive done it. Used as directed with minimal results. My system was already overwhelmed and slow flowing,so I didn't expect a miracle. I ended up buying RV digest it +. After one 32 ounce bottle flow has improved and no backups, I'm using their brand of pods every three days now.

This stuff is AMAZING!!! Saved us from paying thousands of dollars to get our drain field fixed! Our toilets used to gurgle all the time. Not now! I highly recommend this as a firsthand experience!

I was sceptical about it, but give it a try anyway. 12h later the flow was already improving. Definitely worth is price.

It's a little soon to tell if it solved the leach field problem completely but it definitely has helped. Drains seem faster and no gurgling in the toilet when bathtub draining. We are doing 2 tablets every 3 days for the first bucket and will move to one every couple of weeks for maintenance with the second bucket. Very neat and easy to use with clear instructions. If the product doesn't work, we probably have a collapsed pipe but I would recommend for preventative use.
