The sun is in my eyes
Purchased for my deck to keep the sun out of my eyes when sitting outside. Works great!! I did shorten the cord as much as I could…it was much longer than it needed to be. I could have gotten the crank style, but I am very happy with the cord. So far it seems pretty sturdy for as simple as it it. We do get wind gusts in the mountains and I have had no issue. I do keep it rolled up during super windy days.

Great Sun Protection
These shades were easy to install by myself. I am now able to use my screened in porch during the afternoon. The only thing I don't like about them is the amount of string that is left over when they are rolled up. I will definitely need to shorten the cords as my granddaughters and animals could accidentally strangle themselves in the excess if they are not wrapped correctly.

Porch shade
East to install. Still let’s the breeze come through, but blocks the sun

The shades do help to keep out the Sun.
Shades have good air flow on our porch and really help to block the setting Sun but do not look like a great addition to our drapes, etc.
