I purchased this as an overflow drain for a bathroom remodel. The drain is made of nice stainless steel materials and was easy to install. I recessed the drain into the subfloor so that the top of the drain would be flush with the top of the tile. I liked that I was able to use the same floor tile in the drain cover.

I typically don't go online, requesting help or reviewing, but in this case I had to. My contractor threw away the drain cover and I didn't know what to do. I wrote a question on the site and the manufacturer responded within 24 hours saying they will replace my part. And, they very promptly did. I am truly amazed. This drain is very high quality! I am still at awe of the customer service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Is showing some Rust over 2 weeks of use 🥲🥲🥲 like what? Is suppose to be stainless steal 😒😒😒. We didnt even clean the shower, just regular body wash and shampoo... Didnt work for me

This is beautiful and I can't wait to install it. Love the option of reversible section that can be either stainless steel or continue tile or other pattern.I'm a little concerned about some of the parts being plastic, but the important parts are all metal.FWIW.... Saw another review about a missing cover. I don't think that person realized the cover has a protective layer to prevent scratching, and that you need to remove it using a hair dryer.

Good quality lights

I made the mistake of getting the four inch, it worked out, but I should have gotten the 6 inch. That way I could have filled it with the same small tiles instead of cutting out aDifferant tile design. It works.
