Torch is really great with superb brightness for its small pocket size.It does heats up a bit on long usage especially the side light

Poor Quality product
The battery backup is extremely poor would not last more than 30 min , fit and finish is very cheap.The only thing good about it is , when fully charged the output is quite bright.Don't go by the ratings, maybe the initial batch of the product was good, but the item i have received is extremely bad.Totally avoidable

Wonderful handy torch
The product is very good at affordable price. The focus of light is too good and the torch is sturdy and durable.

Battery life
The product is good and easy to carry but it overheats very quickly if we use it for more than a hour or two. Also the charging cord provided with the flashlight is really short

No User Manual or Support
All appear well. But, I can't findd any user manual witth the product or online. Ccalled up cusomer service a few times. No one even picked up or bother to call back.
