I purchased this air fryer in Jan 2022 for $189. The unit worked fine for 10 months. Then one day while it was preheating, it just shut off. Now it won’t turn back on, and is essentially a $189 piece of junk. This product is supposed to have a 12 month warranty. I contacted the company. They told me to send them photos and a video (seriously??). I sent them photos and a video of the product not working. It has been weeks, and I haven’t heard back. I used my air fryer regularly, so I purchased one from Cosori that was rated the best air fryer by the NYT. So far no issues with the new product which has a 2 year warranty. GeekChef’s customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and the fact that I paid significantly less money for the Cosori product which has more functions, solidifies the fact that I will not purchase anything from GeekChef in the future.

Much like many of the other reviews, mine just crapped out; just shy of 1 week from two years. It simply shut off while cooking. Would not recommend.

Had this product for 1 month & it just stop working.. $200 down the drain . The actual unit is ok I thought until a few weeks ago it suddenly started having electrical issues.. now a few days past whe I can’t return it - THE UNIT STOPS WORKING

Got this 15 months back. It dropped dead. Would not work anymore. I just got out of 12 months warranty. Appears it is not built to last.

I have the Geek Chef Smart Indoor Grill & Air Fryer, Smokeless Electric Countertop Griddle and was using it to cook and out the blue the grill shut off on me and won’t turn back on and I tried everything in the book and nothing works.. The grill is less than a year old is there anything the company can do to help me out with this?
