Clear Builder Nail Gel

Love it!!! Works well when I followed the curing details, 122 seconds, thin layers curing between every layer until I formed the nails to the desired thickness. I’m not a professional so I’m basing this off of my trying to get them to look and last like the videos and tutorials I find. So when they were finished and after a few weeks of serious wear and tear, the ones I took my time with and followed instructions on have lasted. The ones I rushed and did in my own way, have not. This I know does not apply to everybody. This product left my nails healthy. The bed of my nail all the way to my cuticle, and my cuticles themselves were not flaky, did not look stressed out from the product, and it looked like I had soaked my nails in oil after the unsuccessful installs popped off. Because of the overall condition and feel, leaves me to believe that it is true about the vitamin enriched qualities of this product. The only parts that were damaged were from the tips where I glued the false nail tips on obviously, any kind of glue will cause damage. I add these details because as I was prepping my nail to do a new install I noticed the drastic difference between the nail that had just gel on it versus the nail that had the tip glued on first then the gel. The just gel to nail was much more healthier than the glue part and it was noticeable. The nails that have been successful so far that I took my time on and made sure the edges were as clean and seamless as possible have had no peeling and no lifting, and I was very pleasantly surprised about that. What I’m getting at is as a nonprofessional amateur novice who enjoys doing my own gel set following professionals advice as well as I can. This product is worth the cost and the time it takes working with it. Recommended for those who are willing to be patient and I highly recommend for professionals, this is a strong gel that literally is crystal clear after application.

They work very well. I got the white one in the clear one and they set up very well and they stay on your nails and they’re pretty sturdy. Just make sure to build up the gel as you do it.

Very easy to work with cures without problems!

this product is the absolute worse thing i have ever used in my entire life . it doesn't cure (have cured for multiple minutes) it comes CLEAN off the nail only good thing it got going for itself is the easy application , i have used products like this before with no issue I KNOW HOW TO USE IT BTW , this product just sucks .

This was my first time every buying a builder gel and was a little nervous about using it, but was honestly so surprised at the super easy application. I have been doing my own nails for about 7 years now, but like i said, first time using builder gel, i would really recommend this to any first timers out there. it wasn't too runny, but then i read some other reviews that said it depends on the temperature in your home , and luckily this spring/summer hasn't been to warm in my place so it was a little stiffer to use, but i found this the best consistency to use for a first timer. the color is sublet and soft and looks very natural. they've also held up for a good amount of time, i did two fingers where the acrylic nail broke about 8 days ago, and then finished off the set about 5 days ago and all nails have held up wonderfully! no breaks or chips!

I was about to return this gel today because it was just terrible to work with and it would never cure no matter how much time under lamp (I had tried up to 7 mins on one layer). I would wipe off the sticky layer and just a sliver of product, probably less than 10% of the builder had actually cured. I decided to buy a stronger lamp and see if it was due to low light levels. My old lamp read 8 watts, my new lamp is 150w. I applied the gel and used the recommended 2 min cure with the new lamp and voila, I only had to wipe away just a thin layer of tacky gel, the nail was solid and strong. Otherwise the product is okay to work with once you get used to the honey-like viscosity, easy to file once cured. If you're worried about the curing I would make sure the lamp you have is fairly strong. I purchased the jodsone sunx5 lamp if that helps. I'm glad I didn't give up on the product because it's a lot of product and I had been meaning to upgrade my lamp anyways.
