Q: does it come with an led

Yes, it comes with one LED bulb. Its in a small packet with the screws and wiring that goes in the head. The battery is not supplied with the model.

Q: 3 sets of screws labelled with pink, blue, and green papers. Since i can't read japanese, I don't know which screw goes where. Help?

I'll try to answer this but I don't speak Japanese either so I don't know what the different chacters are called so I'll just have to try to describe them. Anyway when you are putting it together and have to use a screw you'll have the instructions that point to the screw in the book. Each of the three screw types have a corresponding Japanese character in parentheses pointing to the screw that needs to be used. This is where I have to just try my best to describe the character. The first character corresponds to the screws in the pink wrapping. They are clearly the thickest screws of the three types and are represented by a character that kind of looks like a stick figure. These screws being the biggest tend to be used on joints. The green screw are about the same length as the pink but are thinner. Their character in parentheses looks kind of like a "j" with two marks on either side of it. These were used in the head first I believe. The last are the screws in yellow packaging. I don't know how to describe this character other than it's the most complicated of the three symbols by far and the last of the three you'll see. I hope this has helped
