Luna, who you see in the pics, absolutely loves it! Eric, our bigger cat, just uses it for the scratching side but happy they are both using it as intended! Would fully recommend as very sturdy!

This product arrives fully assembled in a plastic cover inside a cardboard box. I recommend giving it a once over and letting it air out before allowing your cat to get at it, because on mine there were some strings of hot glue around the edges in the interior part that my cat would have definitely tried to eat, and also it has a potent plastic stink that takes a while to go away. After that, though, it's great.I bought this to go right beside my desk, where I work all day. My cat loves to be close to me and this gives her somewhere comfortable to sleep and hang out with me. She usually spends hours every day on there. If something startles her, she likes to hide in the interior, and I use the multiple interior levels to play with her as well. She likes to scratch the tower and enjoys climbing up its sides to the top, as she's still a bit small to jump completely to the top without climbing.I'm a little dubious about the durability of the fleece lining the edges. It's already looking thin and patchy at the edges at the top, where she climbs up a lot. I'll cover it with a cushion or something if it wears out completely. Overall though, you should be aware that while this product looks good and is fit for purpose, I wouldn't say it looks like it will last for years and years without patching. The price is fine for me if I need to replace it in a reasonable timeframe, so I don't mind too much. There's a similar item to this on zooplus for twice the price that, who knows, might be more durable, might not be, but it's far more expensive and also has a corny message printed on the side, so I opted to try this instead. I don't regret it.The company who sells this have good and prompt customer service. There was a delivery issue when I ordered this item, and when it seemed like the item was lost in the post, they sent me another one very quickly. I was pleased with their standard of service.

This looks great and it's been made so well, but my cats don't bother with it much except to scratch the sides.Might be better for kittens to play in.

The media could not be loaded.  My boys use it to play during the day and to sleep during the night. For once they were more interested in the content of the box than the box itself. They love it and I love how it looks too.The quality is good and it feels very sturdy. Also it came already assembled, so no effort required on my part.For reference, my cats are about 7 month old, so they are still small, but I think it's big enough for them to be able to use it as adults too

Two of my cats really like this to sleep on.They are orientals so not really suitable for larger cats.

My cats are always running and going from one hole to the other and sleeping on the bed which is on the top. Very pleased with this was a great purchase

Liked it but didn't realise the floors had holes in my cat likes to lay in the different levels but it's good value.
