Q: Where do you purchase replacement heads?

Q: How thick of a piece of glass will it cut

Dear Customer, Thanks for your interest on our product. There are two extra blades included in the kit, so the cutting range of the glass cutter is from 1/16-13/16" (2-20mm). But a glass breaking plier is necessary if you are cutting a thick glass, let's say 1/4" and above. For thin glasses, you can just break them by your hand, just like breaking a thick dark chocolate.
