Can this glue be used on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material?

If the glue melts the plastic yes.

Is this for tubules tires

Yes It is for tubeless tires. I use it on semi truck tires and works good.

What are some good says to store this so it doesn't dry out over time?

I have used many type over many years. They all have a tendency to dry out since it reacts with air as soon as you open it. Making sure it is closed properly will help.

Does this cement work for other brand of patches, or can it only be used with Rema Blue patches?

Remain blue? I ddnt know there was such a thing. Anyway if that's the case, then yes they should work just fine. I've been using it with great success with the standard remaining black and red patches. Pro tip. Make sure the tube is WELL scuffed. I have a special homemade tool I use for this. Apply the cement thinly and evenly to the area and give yourself a good margin around the area to be patched. Be sure to allow the cement good time to air dry on the area before you apply the patch. Make sure after you apply the patch, that you burnish the patch well. I leave the plastic backing, it allows the patch to slide under the tire as it's airing up.
