Q: Can I boil tap water in kettle then use that when it's lukewarm?

You can use Tap water it should be boiled for 3 min. I use my ninja multi cooker to pressure cook tap water for 3 min. This ensures all organisms are dead.

Q: There is no expiry date? How should I know if i can still use it?

The expiration date is on the box, very bottom. Mine is 2026

Q: What is the bottle made of? need to know if it's polyethylene (pe) or not and can take 100 degrees celsius - want to put it in a bottle warmer.

It doesn’t say but I would say it’s PE, if you put boiling water in it it goes very soft, best to let it cool down for ten minutes.
