Customer service is awesome no doubt but in the picture the name looked like the stain was professionally done but when I received it I can barely see the name so I had to buy extra wood dye and fix it and also bought a gloss to go over it , so I'm disappointed but like I said customer service was excellent just wish more time went into making the knife look like the picture..
