Of all pre-workout I've tried, this one has go to be the best one yet, for me at lease. I normally don't take pre-workout unless I'm tired, but all I have tried usually makes me extremely tired, but this one keeps my energy pumped. Love the product. Idk if it's just me, but my body gets extremely cold during my workout when taking this pre-workout. I thought it was just the gym being cold, but I think it's the product that is making my body cold during my workout even though I'm sweating.
