These are way better then the ball swivel type. Get elk and deer playing with cams and these hold out way better

Used for a small trail camera. Pretty simple. Nothing special about it but it works for 1/4' thread. Screws in to wood or tree easily.

Easy to set your camara in almost any position. I have used one left in the same post for over 5 years.

I must have 12 or 14 of these...As long as your somewhere where its legal to screw things into trees this works great. No strap or rope makes camera much less noticeable to would be thieves and the adjustability makes getting your camera aimed very easy.If I had to nit pick it...some of them arent real pointy and it takes a bit of effort to get started into the tree.

Cons : hard to get started in a tree. I usually use a stic n pic or tree step to start the hole.Pros : It is by far the best mount that I have found to hold Solar panels. Use them in a pinch for cameras but mainly its used for heavy solar panel.
