I prefer these openers, as they don't damage the cork and I find them easier to use than cork screws. You do have to have a good wrist. This works as good as my old one that I loved and used for 25 years, so I rate it as an A+. The foil remover is a nice addition, and it works flawlessly as well. Great set, bought a second set as a gift.

My husband prefers the blade type cork puller as it doesn't destroy the cork. He lost his on the 4th of July and this was a replacement. It works well and it was a good price. The foil cutter is a nice bonus, but I don't know how much he will really use it.

This tool is my favorite one for taking corks from a bottle of wine. Using the tool you will never break another cork and leave it in the bottle. Also, if you have a bottle that is old, it is very easy to take that cork out using this tool I have one in every one of my locations where I have wine served.
