Perfect solution!
When the keypads on our factory 2011 Buick Lacrosse fobs cracked, it was time for replacements. The GM dealer quoted nearly $200 each. The case of these replacement remotes appears to be a strong material and the button panel appears to be hard plastic -- rather than a softer material on the GM factory fobs. I had both keys cut at a dealer for $20 (total) and programming was SIMPLE -- less than 1 minute per remote!! WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN - but hope that I don't have to! NOTE: The website provided with the fobs did not have online instructions for our vehicle. I instead found the simple steps on YouTube.

Great value!
I had purchased a used Chevrolet Cruze as a second car and it only came with one key. I needed an extra key so both my wife and I would have one and ended up ordering this set of two for $24.95. I will put one of them back as a spare. I was able to get them cut for $5.00 each at Ace Hardware. They were easy to self program in the car ignition, so I have two keys for a total of $34.95 plus tax. Just one key from a General Motors dealership would have been well over $100 by the time they cut it and programmed it.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware : I got these thinking I could save money no you can’t if you have a newer vehicle mine is 2015 GMC. My vehicle was disabled for 2 days cause of this . I knew it had to be programmed but what it doesn’t tell you is that GM will not cut the key nor program it. And don’t watch a video cause it still doesn’t work. It might work for vehicles that don’t need to be programmed I don’t know. I know it doesn’t work for my vehicle and GM won’t use these either.

Works Fine but Not as Good as Original Key
Relatively inexpensive - had cut for $10 per key, for $25 invested per key. Locksmith wanted $75 for OEM key. Feels like good construction/materials. BUT… I can use buttons on fob to lock/unlock car, but my 2015 Buick Lacrosse doesn’t “sense” me standing next to it to allow button on door to work. My original key does this just fine - issue is with this fob. More importantly, this fob only starts the engine if placed in a special location in the center console. Key is not “sensed” anywhere else in the vehicle. Tried a few suggestions, but am stuck. The locksmith warned me that some replacement fobs lack the necessary electronics for this to work. Fine for a backup key at this cost, but is not a direct replacement for the factory key.

Every bit as good as OEM !
This was so easy to program, and it works just as good as the original. The range is also just as good! I was able to transfer the cut key portion from my broken key fob, which can be tricky, but I did it. Most people will just go to a locksmith to get the blank laser cut for around $15-25, which is recommended. I highly recommend this key fob, especially if you have a 2013 Malibu like me. Not all key fobs are equal. I tried a cheaper option, and ended up with this one as the quality is very good.

Maybe/Maybe not
One remote works perfectly. Starts car, unlocks doors, keyless entry works perfectly. It gets 5 star review. The other remote starts the car but none of the buttons work. After we programmed it, the remote worked perfectly for about half of a day. 0 star review. I’m giving 3 stars as the average. It stinks because getting the keys cut was quite expensive and for one to stop working within the first day is frustrating.

Great value for the money
These arrived quickly and to my surprise Batteries Plus cut the keys perfectly for $10 or 12 each and I was able to program them to my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze myself in less than 5 minutes.
