I take these for endothelial health. Dr. Linus Paulings, protocol of vitamin C, and these two amino acids, are critical to optimizing cardiovascular health. I usually take for in the morning on an empty stomach and wait at least 25 minutes before doing anything else.

So much easier with both combined. I have noticed a smoothness to my skin, hair and nails since taking this product. It does not hurt my stomach and is easy to swallow. Will definitely keep buying!

This product does work well but it has changed the smell of my natural body oder, my breath and among other oders I will not mention. I will not be buying this again and going with a different brand.
