The product started to reduce the amount of time by which it was actually heating. The element spent a greater amount of time off than on. It wouldn’t boil water and after twenty minutes one still could place one’s hand in the water without any discomfort. I contacted Progress and they asked for several pieces of information which I supplied, then they pointed me in the direction of Amazon. Why they didn’t do so beforehand. I ask them why this was so but to date they never replied. Be careful!!

Bought this as my electric hob won’t support my Moka , it doesn’t register the size of it, and i bought some delicious fresh ground coffee from exhale, so i had to find a solution. This is simple, does the trick i now have a gorgeous aroma in my kitchen every morning Good quality and robust , safe to use.
