I have tried many probiotics over the years but this one, which is sometimes difficult to find, is the one I consistently come back to. Experience tells me that different probiotics work for different people . . . there may not be a way to say whether or not one is "the best" objectively, but this is the best choice for me. The digestive enzymes are a wonderful addition to a probiotic, especially if you eat a high fiber diet and struggle with bloating and/or gas related to certain foods.
