I’ve had C-stands from Adorama before. Big. Expensive. Heavy ones. These are the same size but feel a little lighter. They may not be quite the same thickness of tubing but for most light to medium tasks I think they are probably totally up to the task. For the price I’m pleased with them. I have two Aputure lights with soft boxes on them.

I ordered this unit in early December 2025. It's an excellent value and an equally excellent product. Damn any YouTube video to the contrary. This is a great product with great build quality. I was skeptical at first. Wanted to buy two but only ordered one initially... so I could get it here, do my own inspection and send back just in case. It checks out. I trust my expensive gear with it. The second one I needed literally just arrived today.

Solid c-stand design and heavy duty. I think it’s great especially considering the price. I like that I can break it down and take it with me. There are times a lesser stand just won’t do, particularly where larger modifiers are involved. It also comes with two gobo heads too! The only complaint I have is the crap bag it comes with. Decently sturdy, I suppose, but the stand parts aren’t compartmentalized so things clang and bang around. Generally though? I’d recommend it!
